Race Night to go ahead after Hull KR game

JT Header

Pleased to announce we have rearranged the Race Night at the Trailfinders to follow the Hull KR game on Sunday September 11th; proceeds will be donated to Jamie Thackray’s Testimonial. The Super 8 fixtures scuppered out plans to hold the event in August, but Trailfinders have kindly allowed us to hold this on a match day.

The Race Night should start at 6.30, with a programme of eight races including the LBSA Plate, Hall of Fame Plate, and the Little Drummer Boy “Big Al” Stakes!

Each race has eight runners, and horses are available to buy at £10 each. Full details on available horses and how to buy can be found HERE. There will be a prize at each race for the winning “Owner”, and we will be operating a Full £1 Tote on the night.

The big screen in the main Trailfinders bar is the perfect venue for a Race Night, and we’ll be holding a barbecue as well; proceeds again going to Jamie’s Testimonial.

This is a great opportunity for us to socialise outside of Game Day, in fact we were planning to hold this in any case before the Jamie Thackray Testimonial was announced. Also a great night to bring friends and family down to Trailfinders – meeting  the regulars might not put them off for life!

Download an A4 flyer HERE.

Entry to the Race Night is £5 each. You can buy entry now via the usual LBSA methods! Happy for people to pay on the day as well. Fill out the form below to let me know.

If you would like to transfer directly to our bank account then the details are as follows:

Account Name: London Broncos Supporters Association

Sort Code: 77-91-29      Account Number: 37651268

And now there’s an even easier way to pay via Bank Transfer using GoCardless.
